A former elementary school teacher who taught in regular, special, and gifted education, I have spent the last 15 years as a professor and leader of teacher and administrator education programs at Westminster College in Salt Lake City, Utah, and George Fox University in Newberg, Ore. My research emphases are educational history and organizational development.
