Important Business Office Dates To Remember

Early July

First billing statement is mailed to students for the Fall semester. E-bills are subsequently sent to student’s Pacific email each month if a balance remains. E-bills are available on the Billing/Payment Portal.

Early August

Make sure to complete all necessary paperwork from the Financial Aid Office so the students financial aid funds posts to their account by the tuition payment deadline.

August 13th

Deadline to complete the medical insurance waiver online. Information for the waiver website will be included in the students billing statement packet and it’s also available on our Insurance Waiver page. Insurance waivers must be completed by the deadline every school year.

August 15th

Deadline for the Fall semester tuition payment (semester payment plan).

Deadline for the first installment of the Fall semester tuition payment (monthly payment plan). To enroll, students must login to the Billing/Payment Portal. The monthly payment plan has a $40 set up fee per semester. Students must opt-in to the plan before August 15. Additional information can be found on the Payment Options and Deadlines page.

September 15th

Deadline for the second installment of the Fall semester tuition payment (monthly payment plan).

Mid-October

Advising for the Spring semester begins. All student accounts must be current before students are allowed to register for classes.

October 15th

Deadline for the third installment of the Fall semester tuition payment (monthly payment plan).

November 15th

Deadline for the fourth/last installment of the Fall semester tuition payment (monthly payment plan).

Late November/Early December
