The University Service Center operates every weekday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Conference organizers may request a secure Wi-Fi account to accommodate their needs. There are also computer kiosks in the University Center and Stoller Center Lobby for guest use.
Conference and Event Support Service staff can assist with your A/V and technology needs. Any special requirements must to be requested at time of booking or at least two weeks prior to the conference.
A laundry room is located in each residence hall. There is no charge for laundry, however supplies are not provided.
Each residence hall has several vending machines that are restocked regularly.
Guests staying in traditional housing and having a need for refrigeration may contact Conference and Event Support Services for assistance. Hall kitchens are not usually available for conference attendees unless prior arrangements are made.
