In addition, the assistant director is responsible for managing all logistical aspects of the twice-yearly residencies. Position is ¾ time with a flexible schedule, except during residencies when the assistant director is on site at all times. Travel required. A good driving record is a must. The assistant director should be a well-educated, well-spoken, congenial person who works quickly and efficiently. This position handles a wide variety of tasks in a busy customer service atmosphere and requires excellent interpersonal skills, energy, and attention to detail.
