Assistant Men's Soccer Coach

The Assistant Men’s Soccer Coach will be responsible for serving as Head Coach of the Men’s Soccer Junior Varsity program as well as serving as the primary recruiter for the JV team.

The Student Counseling Center seeks a dynamic individual who is committed to a developmental philosophy and recognizes hallmarks of college student development. Position includes college mental health related consultation, training, and outreach activities in addition to psychotherapy.

Prospect Researcher

The Prospect Researcher supports the University’s Advancement efforts by identifying and researching prospective donors, developing strategies for engaging prospective donors in financial support of the university, maintaining systems for tracking donor solicitation and cultivation; providing leadership, advice and direction to gift officers, and as needed, adding to research on existing donors.

Assistant Director of Annual Giving

The Assistant Director of Annual Giving will directly impact Pacific University’s image, reputation and fiscal success. The scope of this position includes the management and implementation of mail, email and phone solicitations to acquire annual gifts from alumni, parents and friends.

Custodian - Hillsboro Campus

Under supervision of the Manager of Custodial Services and Lead Custodians, the Custodian (Hillsboro Campus) is responsible for performing basic cleaning and sanitation of campus facilities.

Assistant/Associate Professor of Integrative Biology

We invite applications for a tenure-track Assistant/Associate Professor of Biology in Integrative Biology (focused on animals) to begin August 2015. We seek someone working across levels of biological organization with specific expertise related to one or more of the following areas: behavior, comparative anatomy, neurobiology, or endocrinology.

Assistant/Associate Professor of Evolutionary Biology

We invite applications for a tenure-track Assistant/Associate Professor of Biology in Evolutionary Biology to begin August 2015. We prefer taxonomic expertise in plants or fungi, but candidates with interests in other organisms will also be considered.

Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant

Experienced, energetic nurse practitioner or physician assistant needed to provide primary medical care to university students. The nurse practitioner or physician's assistant provides primary medical care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment and referral to students in a clinic setting with an emphasis on health promotion and disease prevention.

Director of Legal Affairs

The Director of Legal Affairs will provide advice, counsel and assistance to the Board of Trustees, President, executive officers, and various departments of Pacific University concerning policy matters, business matters, contract review, risk management, and administrative and regulatory compliance.

Circulation Supervisor

 The Circulation Supervisor provides a variety of circulation and document delivery services including maintenance of automated circulation files in an academic library setting.

Business and Systems Analyst

An individual in this position will serve as a business analyst for administrative and academic offices to increase efficiency and data integrity. Integration of the core systems to ensure data is shared across systems with a high degree of accuracy eliminating duplicate entry. 

Assistant Sports Information Director

The assistant sports information director will assist the sports information director in the daily publicity, media relations and event management of the University’s 24 intercollegiate sports programs. The assistant SID will serve as the primary contact for a number of programs and will work to successfully promote and report on those teams.

Area Coordinator

The Area Coordinator is a full-time, 12-month, live-in professional position that reports to the Director of Residence Life. The Area Coordinator oversees two to three (2-3) residence halls with a combined total of about 350 - 500 students and supervises a paraprofessional staff of 5 - 14 undergraduate students.
