Calling all Boxer Boot Camp 2014 Recruits!

It’s that time again—time to sign up for Boxer Boot Camp! The 2014 edition of the Boxer Boot Camp will run for 11 weeks. As part of this program, you will be paired with your own personal student trainer (PST) who will help you achieve your personal wellness, fitness, and nutritional goals.
Please note: This program is designed to help those who need assistance with reaching their fitness goals. The participants and the PSTs will all learn from this great program!
When: Begins the week of February 17th, ends the week of April 28th
Where: Stoller Center on the Forest Grove campus
How many: We can accept up to 20-25 recruits this year
Length: 11 weeks total (10 weeks of training + a week “off” during spring break)
Program includes: Weekly one-on-one personal training with an exercise science major trainer, fitness testing, personalized workout programs, nutritional planning, and sport psychology education.

Please email the completed form to Jennifer Bhalla (email@example.com), assistant professor in the Exercise Science department, and explain that you would like to participate in the program. The deadline for registration is Wednesday, February 12th.
