We will still be offering snow shoe rentals before regular rentals begin. $10 for students, $15 for alumni and staff/faculty, and $25 for community members. Stop by the office or reserve using our gear rental form.

Rental Reservation, Cancelation, and Return Policy:
All rentals must be paid in full when reserved. There will be a $10 processing fee if rentals are canceled before pick up or for rentals that are never picked up. All weekend rentals are due back the following Monday by 4pm. An additional daily charge will be accrued (after the rental due date) for any missing equipment until the gear is returned in full. Any damaged or missing gear must be paid for by the renter upon the discretion of OP staff.

Rental Policy | Term of rental includes the afternoon before the first day of use and the business day after the final day of use. Late fees are charged after 4 p.m. on the day of return. Gear can be reserved only with full payment in advance.
