Applying to Pacific University
Document Checklist for UG Degree Students
International undergraduate students interested in pursing an undergraduate degree at Pacific University should submit the following documents along with their application form).
- Please complete the online undergraduate application form. To request a paper copy, please email intladmissions@pacificu.edu.
- High School Transcript and Diploma (if the original document is not in English, please include a certified English translation.)
- Transcripts from all college or university study (if any). TRANSFER STUDENTS: Please include a WES Course-by-Course Evaluation of College Transcript (if you have questions about WES please send us an email.)
- Bank Statement and Affidavit of Support from sponsor (if the bank statement is not in your name). You can also get your funds verified using FUNDSV online without sending us your bank statement and financial statement.
- Official TOEFL or IELTS Score (not required if applying for conditional admission).
- Personal Essay.
- Letter of Recommendation from your teacher or counselor.
- Copy of Photo Page in Passport.
If you are transfering from another US Institution to Pacific University, Oregon, please also include the following:
- Copy of your US Visa Page from your passport.
- Copy of your valid I94 card.
- Copy of your current I20.
- Transfer Eligibility Form.
After you have been accepted for Undergraduate Admission please also send us:
- Academic Interest Survey (Freshman click here) (Transfer click here).
- Complete the Online Housing Form.
- Confirmation Agreement .
- Arrival Form.
- Immunization Record.

- ELI Application Form (by mail, fax or email).
- High School Transcript & Diploma or Certificate.
- Bank Statement.
- Affidavit of Support.
- Copy of Photo Page in Passport.
After you have been accepted in the ESL program, please also send us
- Arrival Form.
- Immunization Record.
- Complete the Online Housing Form (if necessary).
