It is my pleasure to serve as chair of the Pacific University Board of Trustees, and to have served for the past three years.

As we celebrate the culmination and success of 2011–12, we also look with excitement to the 2012–13 academic year—a year already marked with a record enrollment, the advent of new learning opportunities for students and the preparation for the future growth of Pacific University.

The spirit of discovery is truly alive at Pacific, where an increasingly diverse group of students is embarking on a journey of scholarship, practice and creative expression. Pacific continues its longstanding tradition of excellence, of service and of developing graduates who are leaders in their world.
