As a comprehensive university with undergraduate, graduate and professional programs in the liberal arts and sciences, health professions, optometry and education, Pacific University is well positioned to build upon its strengths and grow in new areas.

In 2012, Pacific launched several new undergraduate majors and minors in the College of Arts & Sciences, as well as new degrees and certificates in the College of Health Professions. Pacific’s College of Optometry continues to graduate some of the top eye doctors and researchers in the field and opened the world’s first 3D performance clinic in 2011. The College of Education is building new tracks of study to meet the changing needs of public schools and started a master’s program in speech-language pathology.
