New College of Business
A new College of Business will be formally established at Pacific University beginning July 1, 2013. The mission of the College of Business is to educate enlightened leaders who foster imaginative and entrepreneurial organizations. College of Business
- The Pacific Business Scholars program allows students to earn a four-year bachelor's degree in three years. Students are prepared to enter the workplace or graduate school early and can save tuition with the accelerated program.
- The program features real-world internship opportunities to give students workplace preparation.
- Monthly meetings with area business leaders offer authentic learning experiences and networking opportunities.
- The Co-Curricular Series supports students with outside-the-classroom workshops and activities designed to help build and polish essential business and social skills. Topics may include business etiquette, resumé writing, interview preparation and networking.
Pacific Business Scholars must apply to the College of Arts & Sciences at Pacific University. Indicate that you intend to apply to the Pacific Business Scholars program, and you will be sent the Pacific Business Scholars program application packet.
Upon admission to Pacific University, you will be contacted by the Business Scholars program to review your application materials and to schedule an interview. Interviews can be in person or via phone or video conference for those outside the local area.
