Current Internships Available
Students will have opportunities to use what they learn in the real world through internships with local companies such as Intel. Internships aren’t required but are a great way to strengthen skills and build a strong resume.

The University of Nebraska-Lincoln Department of Chemistry is excited to announce that we have ten research positions for undergraduates during Summer 2014. For the REU program, we offer a 10-week research program with a $5,000 stipend plus room and board. We seek a diverse group of students who want to become scientists, with or without prior research experience. Application deadline is February 15, 2014. The Division of Nuclear Chemistry and Technology of the American Chemical Society (ACS) is sponsoring two INTENSIVE six-week Summer Schools in Nuclear and Radiochemistry for undergraduates.
