Caitlin Quinn (Instructor: Costume Design, and Costume Shop Manager) loves teaching and has been designing costumes for most of her life. She is thrilled to be following both these passions at Pacific University, where she manages the costume shop, designs costumes, hair, and makeup for all of the Theatre and Dance productions, and supervises a collection of incredible work-study students. Caitlin received her Undergraduate degree in Theatre, with an emphasis on Costume Design, from Western Washington University, and completed her Masters in Art and Theatre Education at Pacific University. She also writes and directs plays with elementary and middle school children in Portland, where she works as a substitute teacher in the Portland Public School District. She loves the challenge of meeting with new groups of students each day. Much of her work with children involves storytelling, and she frequently writes and directs productions based on folktales and classic tales from around the globe. She founded and directs Pacific's summer theatre camp for children and The Imaginaries youth summer theatre program.
