Instructions:
- Click on the underlined links below to download the required application forms. When the documents open, you may see a message saying "This operation not permitted" with an OK button at the bottom right. Click on the OK button until the error message dissapears, and the document fully opens.
- After downloading, immediately save each form to your computer WITHOUT filling in any information. After saving, users will be able to fill in responses, save those responses for a later time, and print the form out with it the responses included.
- Once you have been accepted by Pacific University to the KGU (Kansai Gaidai) program, you will beasked to complete the application using KGU's online application system. Instructions and access details will be given to you at that time. Please expect to spend additional time completing the KGU online application as well as obtaining any additional information/data KGU may require including but not limited to essays, medical forms, photographs, housing information, passport copy, etc.
- Item number 6 is not a downloadable form. Please follow the instructions below for that item.
- All forms and materials must be handed in on paper with any required original signatures. We can't accept any electronic versions.
- Return all materials to the Pacific University International Programs Office, UC Box A153

Please read and complete the box at the top of the form before giving it to the faculty member who will write the recommendation. Please have it completed by an instructor who is familiar with your work
NOTE: This form includes Japanese characters, which may not display correctly on your computer. If you can't successfully download this form, ask for a hard copy at the International Programs office.

Fill in the information requested in the box at the top of the form before submitting it to the Student Life office (Marsh Hall).
- Official Transcript/s
You must submit official college transcripts from Pacific University as well as all other colleges attended. Your transcripts must show credits and grades for all courses taken.
Please note that Pacific assesses a $250 processing fee per semester of study abroad that will be automatically included on your tuition statement each semester.
