Biography
Dr. Harshbarger’s teaching career spans all grades from public school to the university level. Prior to his arrival at Pacific he was Director of Choral Activities at the University of Hawaii at Hilo, where he also served as Chair of the Performing Arts Department (music, drama, and dance). He is Pacific University’s Director of Choral Activities and Chair of the Arts Division (music, theater, dance and studio art). An active adjudicator and clinician, he conducts the Pacific University Choral Union.
