INTRODUCTORY PSYCHOLOGY
Psychology is the science of human and animal behavior and mental processes. As a survey course, Introduction to Psychology provides an overview of the methods, terms, theories, and findings in the field. By understanding principles of psychology, you will learn more about yourself, others, human and non-human animals, and relationships. Given there are over one hundred areas of study within the subject of psychology, each faculty member within the Department of Psychology specializes in one or two of these different areas. In an effort to provide you an introduction to the field from specialists within the discipline this course will be team-taught. Below are some helpful links for students in enrolled in the course.
