More about Sandy About Prof. Garcia
Sandy was born in Forest Grove to parents who had graduated from Pacific University. They allowed her to be an exchange student in high school and she spent a year in Tehuacan, Puebla, Mexico. The travel bug had hit and as she was finishing up her university studies at Oregon State she went to Waseda University in Tokyo, Japan for a year. She actually stayed for six years before returning to Oregon. Sandy currently lives in Forest Grove in her grandfather's remodeled home. She speaks Spanish and Japanese and currently teaches Japanese at FG high school as well as at Pacific University.
Sandy likes Japanese, baking, and walking.
