Skills Group for Students with ADHD: No Charge

If you struggle due to disorganization, procrastination, tardiness, forgetfulness, inability to prioritize tasks, or have trouble knowing how to start or end a task, this group may help you to identify and reinforce new skills to improve your functioning!

This group is designed to develop and reinforce specific skills and strategies to improve executive function for students (time management, organization, motivation and focus). Meetings will begin on Monday, March 4, from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. in Berglund 139.  Please note that the most benefit will be gained from meeting weekly for the nine-week group (no meeting during Spring Break). New group members can join only during the first two meetings (March 4 and March 11).

Cost: FREE

Group will be limited to 8-10 students. If you wish to reserve a spot or to gather more information, please contact us at counselingcenter@pacificu.edu or call 503-352-2191.

Groups will be facilitated by Staci Wade-Hernandez, Psy.D., and Laurie Juraszek, M.S.
