Ask yourself this one question...do you feel you are healthy? This is not a question about your weight, but a question about how you feel about your health. Weight Watchers is here to help us improve our health. Come check out a meeting!

This isn't a "Diet," it is a different way of thinking about food and your health.  Come and give our meetings a try.  We are just a friendly group of people who have one goal in mind...better health!

Worried that if you join Weight Watchers you can't enjoy the foods you love anymore?  Not true.  You can still enjoy all the wonderful foods you love.  There is no list of restricted foods with Weight Watchers.

Worried about privacy?  We are all in the meetings for the same reason.  We are open and honest with each other about the struggles we are going through and working together to find solutions, not judge each other.  What happens in Weight Watchers, stays in Weight Watchers.

Weight Watchers is easier than ever with Computer Apps, Smart Phone Apps, iPad Apps, iPod Apps, etc.  There are so many easy and simple ways to use the program.  There are even fast food guides to make it even easier!

We want everyone to continue to enjoy the benefits of this program.  We may not be able to keep it so accessible here if we do not have at least 15 paying members every month.  We have had such great success that we have graduated out 5 members to lifetime status.  We celebrate their success and want to keep the program open for more successes.  Our numbers are down not because we are failing, but because we are successful.  Come be one of the successful in attaining a healthy lifestyle.

If you have any questions, please contact Tressa Rodriguez at trodrig@pacificu.edu or Ext. 2976.

Look at all the delicious foods you can enjoy!
