Baccalaureate
May 17, 2013, 3:30 PM - 5:00 PMTaylor-Meade Performing Arts Center, McCready Hall
All students, parents, family members and friends are invited to Baccalaureate as part of Commencement week on the Forest Grove campus.
Baccalaureate is a pre-commencement ceremony for all graduates to celebrate themselves and this rite of passage. Baccalaureate typically combines dance, choral and instumental music, poetry and readings from a wide variety of traditions — all presented by the graduates themselves. It is a time of reflection and a time to look toward the future. All graduates, family members and friends are invited; students do not wear regalia.
If you would like to serve on the planning committee or perform in the program, please contact Angie Surratt in the PIC at 503-352-3168 or by email at asurratt@pacificu.edu.
A reception for all students and guests will immediately follow. Students are encouraged to participate in Sign, Shake & Ring after the Baccalaureate ceremony.
