Presentation will focus on the origin and development of CCOs and their relationship to healthcare reform. This presentation will also focus on the integration of OT services within Oregon's CCOs. What does this look like? What outcomes are expected? How might documentation and reporting look? What is the current and future impact on OT? This presentation will include small group break outs to discuss questions and scenarios. Attendees will also be able to ask questions related to their practice site and generate discussion among peers.

Jon Hersen is Legacy Health’s director of care transformation and currently serving as the chief operating officer for Health Share of Oregon.
Aurae Beidler, MHA, RHIA, CHC, CHPS
Aurae Beidler is currently the manager of the healthcare compliance certificate program at Pacific University.
