Stuff Swap-Exchange Your Unused Clothing and ItemsApr 17, 2013 - Apr 19, 2013, 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Give those items that are cluttering your room, or exchange them for new ones! We welcome clothes, books, toys, shoes and more. The event is free, and everyone is welcome to come browse and jump-start spring cleaning! Leftover items donated to nonprofits.
Bring useful items (clothing, shoes, school supplies, art, kitchen supplies, etc.) to the UC patio for donation Wednesday-Friday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., and take a few new things home with you. There will also be a Final Call from 5 to 6:30 on Friday to allow people with different schedules the opportunity to come to the event before items are donated.
The Spring Cleaning Stuff Swap is part of Earth Week 2013, and is a great opportunity to give & take items before the Give & Go moveout event in May. All leftover items will be donated to Washington County nonprofits.
This event is open to the entire campus body and the community, so don't hesitate to see what the Swap has to offer!
Make sure that items are clean and in decent condition. Clothing must be washed and dryed for 20 minutes before coming to the stuff swap, and dried before returning to your dormitory or house.
