One Step at a Time is an interprofessional CE workshop for clinicians seeking to improve communication and care coordination of patients effected by stroke.

Stroke is the leading cause of serious, long term disability in the United States. Three quarters of stroke sufferers are over the age of 65, but no age is immune to stroke.

Join us for an Interprofessional Continuing Education workshop titled:

One Step at a Time: Stroke Diagnosis, Rehab and Recovery on October 18, 2013. This workshop includes perspectives of neurology, optometry, occupational and physical therapy. Two patients effected by stroke will provide their own perspectives. The therapy team and a former patient will demonstrate unique and effective high intensity, integrated approach to addressing functional loss.

Discounts are available to full time and part time faculty and staff.
