Big Buddy Program
Big Buddy Program pairs Pacific students with students from Tom McCall Upper Elementary School for fun activities and mentoring. Big Buddies make a one year commitment to spend a minimum of 8-10 hours per month in recreational, educational, and motivational activities with their little buddies. The buddy pairs do fun activities such as attending sports events at Pacific or Tom McCall Upper Elementary School, hiking, watching movies, swimming, studying together, or just hanging out. They participate in group activities such as bowling, movie nights at the Milky Way, craft activities, professional sports events, and amusement park fun.
Big Buddies must be responsible, dependable, and they must pass a criminal background screening. They provide positive role models, encouraging their little buddies to value education and have high aspirations for life.
