Application Requirements

  1. Completed application form Graduate Online Application
  2. TSPC Character Questionnaire
  3. Official transcripts from all colleges/universities attended
  4. Letters of Evaluation: one from someone who has observed you working with youth, one from a professor who had you as a student, and one from an employer or supervisor
  5. Resume including employment history, licenses and certifications (if appropriate), experiences with children/youth of the age you wish to teach, and education history (include degrees held)
  6. $35 application fee (waived for Pacific University graduates)
  7. Evidence of passing test scores (see Test Information for details)
  8. A two-page essay on an educational topic or issue of your choice
