Elaine B. Coughlin
Assistant Professor of Education
Professor Coughlin comes to Pacific with 28 years of experience teaching in the Beaverton School District at the high school level. She is a former English teacher, speech and debate coach and Talented and Gifted facilitator. She consults privately on brain-based teaching and strategies for use in the classroom and is the current president of the Oregon Holocaust Resource Center located on the Forest Grove campus.
