The Career and Residency Showcase was created to inform current students about the vast number of career opportunities available, while also preparing them for the journey by ensuring each student has their resume/curriculum vitae up-to-date, possess critical interview skills and have some plan for their future.

Timeline for Interview Participants
In order to facilitate a positive experience for all, the following timeline has been established for those interested in participating in the interviews.
August 21 (Friday) | Deadline for employers to signup to participate in interviewing
August 24 (Monday) - August 28 (Friday) | Class of 2016 students will sign-up for interview times from the list of participating employers
September 7 (Monday) | Employers will be emailed interview schedules with student names
Pharmacy Residency Panel

Located at the Pacific University School of Pharmacy Career Fair
We invite you to join our P1 through P3 students who are interested in learning more about pharmacy residencies for a panel discussion. Programs will have 5 minutes to give an introduction of their program to all students and this will be followed by a Q&A session. I suggest that your introduction include site location, number of residents, contact information, and general content of the residency.
Hopefully, this general background will provide students a good foundation for their interactions with you at your residency table from 9 AM to 12 noon! All residency programs participating in the Career Fair are invited to attend the Panel Session as well. Our goal is to have as many residency programs represented as possible!
There is no additional fee to participate in the Residency Panel. If your organization has one of our alumni as a current resident, the table registration fee will be reduced to $100.
If you are able to attend the panel, please RSVP to Mike Millard at firstname.lastname@example.org by September 4.
To register for a table, please fill out the registration form (available here starting in July) and mail to the address at the bottom of page.
Registered participants for the Exposition and Residency Showcase will be provided with a 6-foot table, two chairs and continental breakfast for up to three representatives. Those interviewing will be provided with a table and two chairs.
Post-graduate Training Programs (i.e. residencies, graduate programs, etc.) will receive a reduced table fee of $250.
Organizations recruiting for both pharmacist and any post-graduate training position will have separate tables at the event.
Note: The tables will not be next to one another so ensure you have ample staff for each table.
Space is limited to the first 30 participants who register. Registration is not complete until payment has been received. All registrants will receive an email confirmation and additional information regarding the event.
