College of Education to Receive More than $580,000 for South Metro-Salem STEM Project

The award will help the university finance a collaborative project to enhance STEM education in six area school districts, including Salem-Keizer, Tigard-Tualatin and Woodburn.

Parts of the University Center Will Close for Maintenance During the Month of December

At 11 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 11, portions of the UC will close for maintenance, including The Grove and Boxer Pause. Starbucks and the University Bookstore will remain open through Dec. 19 and 20, respectively.

The grand jury investigating the death of Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri has issued a controversial decision. How we respond will help determine whether or not Michael Brown’s death carries meaning. A community forum at noon tomorrow (Tuesday, Nov. 25) in Old College Hall on the Forest Grove Campus to discuss the decision. All students, staff and faculty are welcome.
