Baccalaureate is a pre-commencement ceremony for all graduates to celebrate themselves and this rite of passage. Baccalaureate typically combines dance, choral and instumental music, poetry, and readings from a wide variety of traditions -- all presented by the graduates themselves. It is a time of reflection and a time to look toward the future. All graduates, family members and friends are invited: students do not wear regalia.
If you would like to serve on the planning committee or perform in the program, please contact Angie Surratt in the PIC at 503-352-3168 or by email at asurratt@pacificu.edu.
A reception for all students and guests will immediately follow. Students are encouraged to participate in Sign, Shake & Ring after Baccalaureate Ceremonies.
