"Who You Gonna Call?" Policy

Procedure
When problems arise with facilities or operations, people don't always know who to call or what to do. In order to minimize confusion, a list of potential situations and their remedies is provided below:

In The Case Of.....	Examples	You Should.....
Emergency Fix or Repair	Light bulb burned out Room too hot or cold Roof leaks	Call ext. 2213
Repair	Fix soap dispenser Mount bulletin board	Fill out Work Request and submit to Facilities Office
Despair	Car needs a jump start (business hours only)	Call ext. 2213 *(Maintenance)
Alteration	Need a partition Need an outlet Need a remodel	Complete a Project Request Form and submit it to Facilities Office
Altercation	Fighting on premises	Call ext. 2230 (Campus Public Safety)
New Location	Move office furniture	Complete a Project Request Form and submit it to Facilities Office
Access	Open a classroom	Call ext. 2230 (Campus Public Safety)
Emergency	Fire	Call 911 or ext. 2230 (Campus Public Safety)
	Vandalism	Call ext. 2230 (Campus Public Safety)
