The Community Cupboard was Lyndi's capstone project. Lyndi has reported recently is a bilingual on-call advocate and case manager at the Sexual Assault Resource Center (SARC) in Beaverton, OR.

Kaela Collins, BSW '18 and Ashlyn Storaker, MSW '19 attended the 35th annual Social Work Day on March 26th at the United Nations in NYC. The theme of the event was: SDGs, Climate Change and Social Work Practice. This trip was funded by the Elise Elliot grant.

All students participating in Senior Practicum are required to adhere to professional standards. Please review the Official Agreement for Social Work students entering Senior Year Practicum

About the Claire Angevin Argow Scholarship

Each year, the social work program awards the Claire Agevin Argow Scholarship to an outstanding student in social work. Scholarship recipients demonstrate the commitment to social justice, equality and social change so central to the life of Claire Argow. 
Pacific’s social work program is named the Claire Angevin Argow Social Work Program. A recipient of the Outstanding Women of Oregon Award, Argow was a pioneer among women and a tireless advocate for social justice.

The social work program has an active Social Work Club. You do not have to be a social work major to participate in club activities.
