Same day appointments are available for urgent needs. Call or leave a message as soon as possible in the morning for a same day appointment as these fill quickly. In most instances we are able to accommodate urgent needs of our patients same day or within 2-3 days--our trained medical staff is available for advice and will assist our scheduler in assessing your needs for urgency.
Appointments for non-urgent matters or longer visits like sports physicals, study abroad physicals, PAP smears, medication management should be made in advance as these are often booked 2-3 weeks out.
MEDICATION REFILL REQUESTS: For refills of medication previously prescribed by the Student Health Center and filled at an outside pharmacy, please ask your pharmacy to fax a medication refill request to 503-352-3105. Please allow a minimum of 48 hours for refill requests (may require a longer time period during our reduced summer schedule). If medication has expired, you may need to be scheduled for a follow-up visit.
