HR staff members serve on the Staff Senate, Benefits & Compensation Committee, Staff Development Committee, Staff Conference Committee, Honors & Awards Committee, IDEA Committee and the University Diversity Task Force.
Mona Ward | HR Director
Responsible for oversight of HR programming, employee relations issues, harassment & discrimination, compensation evaluations, staff development and policy development and revision.
Christie Norbury | Assistant HR Director & Benefits Manager
Serves as the primary point of contact for all benefits programs including worker’s compensation and COBRA. Responsible for wellness programs and education.
Tedd Livengood | Payroll Manager
Manages the faculty, staff and student payroll process, special reports and HRIS system accuracy.
Michele Quint | Employment Specialist
Coordinates the employment process including recruitment, advertising, position descriptions and on-boarding. Handles leaves of absences and unemployment claims. Also responsible for employee recognition and staff development programs.
Molly Westmoreland | HR Office Coordinator
Serves as first point of contact for the HR Office. Organizes office and answers HR questions and directs to proper team member. Responsible for processing of student payroll, HRIS maintenance and serves as back-up for faculty and staff payroll.
