Vacation & Holidays

Pacific University offers paid vacation time and provides a generous schedule of holidays for the rest and relaxation of our staff members. University staff members are encouraged and expected to take their vacation and holiday time to rejuvenate themselves and spend valuable time with their friends and family.

Vacation

Vacations are provided for the rest and relaxation of regular and part-time employees. Staff members are encouraged and expected to take their vacation. Employees accrue vacation from the first day of employment but cannot use it until they have been employed for six months. More Information»

Holiday

Regular and part-time staff employees are eligible for holiday pay. Employees are eligible to be paid for those holidays that fall during their regular working schedule. Holiday pay is based on the employee’s scheduled hours. More Information»
