Calling all Boxer Boot Camp 2013 Recruits!

 

It’s that time again--Time to sign up for Boxer Boot Camp 2013 Edition!

The Boot Camp will run for 11 weeks this year! Each participant will be paired with their own Personal Student Trainer (PST) who will help them to attain their wellness, fitness, and nutritional goals.

Please note: This program is designed to help those who need assistance with reaching their fitness goals. The participants and the PSTs are both learning from this workshop.   

When? Begins week of February 20th, ends week of May 3rd  

Where? Stoller Center on the Forest Grove campus

How many? We can accept up to 10-12 recruits this year

Length? 11 weeks total (10 weeks of training + a week off during spring break).  The program includes: weekly one-on-one personal training with an exercise science major trainer, fitness testing, personalized workout programs, nutritional planning

Cost? Free 

How to sign up? Complete the Boxer Bootcamp application and return it to Jenny Lind Withycombe (jwithyco@pacificu.edu), an Exercise Science professor at Pacific University in Oregon.

Deadline? The deadline for sign up is Monday, February 11, 2013.
