Boxer Bootcamp started in 2008 with the help of students, faculty, and staff who were interested in learning how to keep their bodies healthy. Each spring, faculty and staff are paired up with a student from the Exercise Science department to evaluate their fitness level and how they can improve their health through diet and exercise. Meanwhile, students receive course credit and build "clientele" that they may continue to support after Boxer Bootcamp is over. This is just one more step Pacific has taken to improve the wellbeing of the institution.
