English Language Institute
The English Language Institute (ELI) is a multi-level ESL program centrally located on Pacific University’s main campus. The curriculum and coursework prepares international students and other non-native speakers to use American English successfully. The majority of ELI students continue their education in one of Pacific University’s undergraduate or graduate programs.
Classes are taught by professional, experienced instructors with master’s degrees in TESOL or related fields. All instructors have experience living and teaching abroad.
