Senior Thesis/Capstone Projects

Senior thesis papers/projects from the College of Arts and Sciences may be nominated for inclusion in CommonKnowledge by students’ faculty advisors. Papers and projects included inCommonKnowledge should be examples of exemplary student work. If your faculty advisor has suggested that you submit your paper or project to CommonKnowledge, please follow these steps:

  1. Request that your faculty advisor send an email to gilmani@pacificu.edu confirming that he/she has officially nominated your work for inclusion.
  2. Complete (either electronically, or complete it by hand and scan it) this license agreement, which grants the Library/University the right to post your work online: Student License Agreement (pdf).
  3. Email an electronic copy of your paper and any associated files (images, video, audio, etc) to gilmani@pacificu.edu, along with the completed license agreement.

Other Student Work

Research posters, conference presentations, published articles and other student work will also be considered for inclusion in CommonKnowledge. As with senior theses, a faculty member must nominate your work for inclusion. If you have work that you would like to have added to CommonKnowledge, please consult with either your faculty advisor or the faculty member with/for whom you completed the work. That faculty member should then email gilmani@pacificu.edu to officially recommend your work for inclusion.


College of Health Professions

General Student Work

Students in the College of Health Professions currently share a variety of work throughCommonKnowledge. Students are encouraged to submit research posters, conference presentations, published articles and other work for inclusion; however, a faculty member must recommend/nominate the work for addition to CommonKnowledge. If you have work that you would like to have added to CommonKnowledge, please consult with either your faculty advisor or the faculty member with/for whom you completed the work. That faculty member should then email gilmani@pacificu.edu to officially recommend your work for inclusion.

Theses/Dissertations/Graduate Projects

If you are a student in the School of Occupational Therapy, School of Physician Assistant Studies or School of Professional Psychology, you will be expected to submit work toCommonKnowledge as part of either your academic coursework or your degree requirements. Such work includes:

School of Occupational Therapy

  • Critically Appraised Topics
  • Innovative Practice Projects

School of Physician Assistant Studies

  • Graduate Projects

School of Professional Psychology

  • Theses
  • Dissertations
