Forgot your PIN?

If you have already entered a PIN into the Library's PacCat system but cannot recall what it is, you need to call the Library at 503-352-1400, and the Circulation staff will reset your PIN to "0000."

Obtain a new PIN

If you do not yet have a PIN in the Library's PacCat system:

  1. Please visit the Library's PacCat catalog
  2. Click on View Your Library Record
  3. Enter your name, University ID (the number on front of yourBoxerID card), and a PIN number of your choosing
  4. Click "Submit"
  5. The page will verify the information you have entered and ask you to re-type your PIN twice for validation
  6. Once you have done this, your PIN is set, and you may use your Patron Record to view and renew the items you have checked out
