Reunion Promotion Volunteers Needed

With Homecoming 2012 behind us, it is time to start thinking ahead to class reunions in 2013. All classes ending in 3 and 8 will celebrate milestone years next year and we need alumni volunteers to help make reunions happen.


The Office of Alumni Relations will support reunions for any class with at least two reunion promotion volunteers. Promotion volunteers are asked to use all communication channels to reach out to their classmates and invite them to gather. This normally entails email, telephone calls, social media and hand-written postcards.

The Office will provide a class directory as well as other resources and support. We will also take care of all event planning and details, after consultations with the promotion volunteers.

Most reunions will take place during Homecoming 2013 next fall. The exact date for Homecoming will be determined this winter. Reunions may take place at other times during the year at the request of the volunteers.
