Student Health Center Reduced Clinic Hours
Exciting News! On Oct. 22, Health Center staff will begin training to undergo electronic health record conversion. During this transition, appointment times may be longer. See attached schedule from Oct. 22-Nov. 2. Thank you for your patience.

Forest Grove clinic (503-352-2269) as follows:
Monday, Oct. 22, 9 a.m.-12 p.m.
Tuesday, Oct. 23, 9 a.m.-12 p.m.
Friday, Oct. 26, 9 a.m.-1 p.m. and 2-4 p.m.
Tuesday-Friday, Oct. 30-Nov. 2, 9 a.m.-1 p.m. and 2-4 p.m.
Please note Forest Grove closure dates:
Monday, Oct. 22, closed 12-4 p.m.
Tuesday, Oct. 23, closed 12-4 p.m.
Wednesday, Oct. 24, closed 9 a.m.-4 p.m.
