University offers a pair of events for Halloween Trick-or-Treaters: Oct. 27, 31
Annual Hall-O-Safe tradition takes place Saturday afternoon at 3 p.m. Trick-or-treaters and their parents also invited to the University Center on Halloween night for more fun.
Area children will have two opportunities to trick-or-treat at Pacific University this year.
On Saturday afternoon, Oct. 27, Pacific residence halls will open beginning at 3 p.m. for those wishing to get an early start on the Halloween season.
Student residents in Walter, Clark and McCormick halls will bestow treats on their costumed visitors during this annual Hall-O-Safe tradition.
The academic quad situated between the three buildings will also feature students handing out treats. Saturday's festivities are presented by the University's Residence Hall Association.
More treats, as well as activities and games for young trick-or-treaters will be offered Halloween evening (Oct. 31) from 5 to 8 p.m.
The event coincides with the City of Forest Grove’s annual community Halloween trick-or-treat in which local merchants pass out treats to youngsters from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Parents or guardians are encouraged to bring their dressed-up youngsters to both events. All children must have an adult with them.
