With the guidance of Mallory Morris you will learn to break boards as a motivational exercise.  There will also be a discussion and short film following the board-breaking exercise.  Space is limited to the first 30 people who respond.  To sign up contact or drop by the CGE table in the UC on Dec. 3rd and 4th 11:00 to 1:00.
