As you may or may not know the Northwest Regional ESD is the substitute hiring and placing agent for all substitutes (licensed and classified) for the following school districts:
Many of these districts they have limited the number of licensed subs they hire each year. As part of this we are hiring licensed teachers as classified subs to get them active in the schools and open up opportunities for moving to a licensed sub when the positions come available.
