Conference and Event Support Services
CESS is here to help you with your event, conference or meeting.
In September 2012, four university departments were combined to create Conference and Event Support Services (CESS) to better serve faculty, staff, students and non-university groups holding events, meetings and conferences on Pacific University campuses.
Scheduling (non-academic), Events, Conference Services and Pacific University Legends, hosted by Tommy Thayer, combined to form Conference and Event Support Services, which is part of University Advancement and housed in the Rogers Building, 2019 21st Ave., Forest Grove.
CESS can take you through all the steps of planning a successful event, including event scheduling, technology needs, setups and takedowns, advise with publicity flyers, posters and calendars, rental orders and even providing some student staffing.

Contact the CESS office as you begin your planning. We can help you find the best date and location for your event, as well as help with the planning for a successful event or meeting.
