The Center of Civic Engagement and Office Diversity need your help in nominating community partners as well as engaged faculty members to recognize their efforts in providing civic engagement opportunities in the classroom or in the community. It is a simple process to nominate people! Follow the links below for more information.

To nominate a community partner:
The nomination form includes information about the supervisor, program, and/or organization, as well as a short narrative (approximately 200 words/1500 characters max) describing the partner’s work and how it supports community collaboration at Pacific University. Nomination forms are available at https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/2013CommunityPartnerAwardNomination and must be submitted by April 12, 2013. 

To nominate a faculty member:
Nomination forms are available at https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/EngagedFacultyAwardNomination and must be submitted by April 12, 2013.

Students can be nominated as well by faculty, staff, or community partners:
https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/2013StudentImpactAwardNomination and must be submitted by April 12, 2013.
