Beekeeping Conference on Forest Grove Campus

Pacific Northwest Treatment-Free Beekeeping Conference

Science and Earth-Friendly Beekeepers will meet on the Forest Grove Campus the weekend of July 26-28th.  They chose to meet at Pacific University because of our sustainable practices and welcoming attitude.

They will be bringing several active bee hives to study.  These hives will be placed on Tom Reynolds field (opposite the tennis courts) which will remain locked when the beekeepers are not atttending.   The bees will stay close to their hives, only leaving for water, for the few days they are here.

We would ask that our campus community be mindful of these 'guests' and not disturb them.

Please contact the Conference and Event Support Service Office at 503.352.2111 if you have quesions or concerns.
