Facilities is on the Move

Facilities Department will be closed Sept. 3-6 in order to move the Facilities Management offices to the new location at 2450 Sunset Drive. Phone and computer access will be limited. All Facilities requests will be on hold except for emergencies.

Facilities Management is on the move! From Tuesday, Sept. 3 through Friday, Sept. 6, Facilities Management will be packing up and moving to the new location at 2450 Sunset Drive. The office will remain closed for the week, opening up for business at 8 a.m. Monday, Sept. 9 in this new location.  

To accommodate the move, Facilities Engineering will be closed as well. During this time, the staff will not receive new requests or work on existing requests unless they are urgent. Facilities Management staff will only have limited phone and computer access during this time.

If you do have an work request emergency and cannot reach Minda Potter at ext. 2213 or get a response from our email facilities@pacificu.edu, please contact CPS and they will inform us of the emergency. 

Key requests will have to wait until Monday, Sept. 9, when the office opens back up.  

For vehicle reservations, you can leave a message for Carolyn Vanaken at ext. 2790 or email facilities@pacificu.edu  

Please know that any correspondence from Facilities may be delayed due to the move and your patience is requested and appreciated.
