New Course for Spring: Companion Animal Science

Spring Break at Dogtown! A new course, Companion Animal Science, includes a week-long trip to the Best Friends Animal Sanctuary.



Dogtown at Best Friends

Biol 160: Companion Animal Science is a 2-credit course that will focus on using the scientific method to evaluate research on companion animals. The course satisfies the Civic Engagement Core requirement and counts toward the Natural Sciences Core requirement. The class meets on Tuesdays 4:30-5:30 p.m. throughout the spring semester, and includes a week of volunteer work at the Best Friends Animal Sanctuary in sourthern Utah over Spring Break.
