Tennis Instruction Available

This is a great opportunity to receive professional tennis instruction (to learn how to play, or improve your current game) and take advantage of our indoor facility!

Fellow Faculty & Staff,
I wanted to inform you all that we have some very talented/experienced tennis professionals working with our tennis program this year, that are both going to be providing programming (lessons, clinics, tournaments) on campus.  They are able and eager to work with all ages and experience levels.  This is a great opportunity to receive professional tennis instruction (to learn how to play, or improve your current game) and take advantage of our indoor facility!
If you are interested in setting something up for you or your children, feel free to contact me, and I can direct you to the coach that best fits for your needs/schedule.  Or, you can always reach out to either of the coaches directly.
Coach Justin Carrier: Justin played four years at Earlham College (IN), and coached both the men’s and women’s programs for 5 years.  He has taught professionally in a number of areas across the country, and is currently working with the women’s program here at Pacific.  Email: carriju@pacificu.edu, Phone: 518-364-4590
Coach Pete Yellico: Pete has just joined the Boxer staff (Men’s team) after teaching tennis professionally for a number of years following his time in the service (Navy).  Most recently, he worked as a tennis pro at Sea Island Resort in Georgia, where he was Murphy Jensen’s (former French Open doubles champion) right-hand man.  Email: PeteYellico@pacificu.edu, Phone: 352-302-4746
**Coach Yellico will be initially holding a clinic for 3.0-4.0 players on Friday from 6-7:45pm.  $15 per person.  Please contact him to RSVP or obtain more information.
We hope to see you on the courts!
