TAKE BACK THE NIGHT MARCH

A Protest against Sexual Violence will be held again this year beginning at Pacific University’s Forest Grove campus.

Date:  April 16, 2014

Time:  7:30 pm.

Place:  Gather at Trombley Square

We invite all to join Pacific University’ Center for Gender Equity, Campus Wellness, and RHA in heightening awareness of and putting an end to sexual violence in American society.  The march begins in Trombley Square at Pacific University and finishes at Lincoln Park (see www.pacificu.edu for a map).  There will be two speakers from RAINN, the nation’s largest anti-sexual violence organization, who will talk about their personal experiences with sexual assault and the resources they used as survivors to come to terms with their experiences.  When the speakers finish, Pacific University students are welcome to share their own stories in a safe environment.  We hope you can join us in supporting survivors of sexual violence and in keeping our communities safe.

Free and open to the public

Sponsors:  Center for Gender Equity,  Campus Wellness & RHA
